All products are handmade and delivered from Spain. Please allow 7 – 20 days for delivery. Please remember that at holiday seasons post can be slower.

Any goods received damaged by post please email a photo and return immediately in a padded package to avoid further damage to:  Love Noël, C/ de la Tienda 8, Urb. La Virginia, Marbella 29602 Malaga Spain. Make sure that your name, address and phone number are with the return and a replacement or refund can be done.

Any goods ordered and not to your liking (not to worry I will not be offended) please email me (lovenoelxx@gmail.com) and return immediately in a padded package with your name, address and phone number and a refund will be done.

No refunds can be done for any goods for any reason if sent back after 30 days of receipt of goods.

Any bespoke orders, if for any reason the item is not acceptable it must be returned immediately in a padded package to the address above with your name, address and phone number. After joint consideration of the situation by the client and Noël either the piece will be altered or a refund decided. If special items have been ordered the cost price of these materials will be deducted from any refund.

All the materials that I use I believe to be of good quality. If for any reason there is any fault please return goods immediately to the address above in a padded package and it will be replaced or refunded. There is a time limit to this of 1 month.

As I use natural threads and peoples acidity of skin can affect the wear of the thread I do a restringing service. Please return damaged items in a padded package with name, address and phone number to the address above and I will assess the damage and call you. If it is because of longtime wear and tear, a small fee may be incurred. You can always email me your phone number so that we talk about your repair before you send it.
